Based on the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John the show follows the last week of Jesus Christ's life as seen through the eyes of Judas Iscariot.
The story, told entirely through song, explores the personal relationships and struggles between Jesus, Judas, Mary Magdalene, his disciples, his followers and the Roman Empire.
The cast of Solihull Theatre, Company, one of Solihull's talented AmDram groups will be bringing Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's iconic rock opera right up to date with contemporary and innovative creativity but still featuring classic songs such as 'Superstar', 'I Don't Know How to Love Him' and 'Gethsemane'.
