Our most popular class, Hatha Yoga, meet every Monday and Friday with tutor Marie Kennedy. A classical yoga which incorporates various postures and breathing exercises. (Monday's 11am/5.30pm, Friday's 10.15am - the Friday class is often oversubscribed)
Looking for a more gentle form of exercise? Why not give our Chair Based Yoga every Monday and Friday with Marie Kennedy a try? A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing, using a chair for support. (Monday's at 9.45am and Friday's 11.30am)
