Enjoy the gentle art of Tai Chi with Jan Wilson. Tai Chi is beneficial for all ages and all levels of fitness. (Friday's)
Dance more your thing? Why not try Steppin' Out... A gentle dance for over 50's, this class is great fun and a chance to meet new friends. (Monday's 1.30pm)
Pilates with Nicola Holmes is a popular way strengthen your core, build muscle tone, and stay fit and strong for 2019. (Monday's 12.15pm and Fridays 12.45pm)
Our most popular class, Hatha Yoga, meet every Monday and Friday with tutor Marie Kennedy. A classical yoga which incorporates various postures and breathing exercises. (Monday's 11am/5.30pm, Friday's 10.15am - the Friday class is often oversubscribed)
Looking for a more gentle form of exercise? Why not give our Chair Based Yoga every Monday and Friday with Marie Kennedy a try? A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing, using a chair for support. (Monday's at 9.45am and Friday's 11.30am).
If these classes are not what you were looking for, why not consider Art or Photography classes?
