Best Ever Easter Brownies
Serves 6 | Prep Time 15 mins | Cook Time 25 mins

Method
1) Preheat the oven to 160°C and grease a 20cm square baking tin.
2) Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in the microwave.
3) Break 3 large eggs into bowl and tip in the sugar. With an electric whisk or stick blender, whisk the eggs and sugar until thick and creamy.
4) Pour the cooled butter and chocolate mixture into the egg and sugar mixture and fold together.
5) Sift in the flour and cocoa powder and gently fold into the mixture.
6) Crush the mini eggs into chunks and fold into the mixture.
7) Pour into the baking in and cook for 25 minutes until cooked. The brownies should still be slightly gooey in the middle.
8) Leave to cool before removing from the tin and cut into squares.
9) Decorate with the Malteser bunnies
Tips
Cooking times may vary depending on your oven.
Mix it up with whatever chocolate you enjoy.
Another Easter favourite, try adding halved creme eggs halfway through baking.
