Mr Stink by David Walliams

Mr Stink by David Walliams

Open air performance in Brueton Park.

You’re invited to celebrate Annabelle’s 10th birthday, hosted by everyone’s favourite MP candidate, Janet Crumb! (Almost) everyone is welcome…that is, everyone apart from Chloe’s particularly smelly new friend, Mr Stink.

One perfectly normal afternoon in an average English town, two restless souls unite on a park bench – one of them the lonely 12 year old Chloe Crumb and the other, an incredibly smelly homeless man. Oh, and let’s not forget his loyal dog, the Duchess. Acting upon her curiosity and responding to her kindness, Chloe and Mr. Stink forge an extraordinary and rewarding friendship that takes them to the heady heights of live television and Downing Street via a garden shed.

Join Heartbreak Productions for David Walliams’ best-seller Mr Stink on the outdoor stage. Pack a picnic, grab a chair and dress for the weather. Packed with fun, humour and a heart-warming message, this touching tale provides the perfect family entertainment.

Heartbreak Productions specialise in high quality outdoor theatre in unusual spaces.

Tickets are limited to 450 to ensure everyone can see and hear the performers within the best possible area. The shows have previously sold out so please book early. There are toilets on site but no seating - audiences bring their own folding seat, blanket, waterproof coats, bin liners to sit on - whatever you wish appropriate to the weather.

Previous shows have always sold out, so please book early and be prepared for whatever the weather gives us!  Ticket buyers who buy ONLINE or OVER PHONE can collect from the gate of the Arena from 6pm on the day of the show, you will not need to collect from Box Office. Previous experience have shown that they sell out before the date of the show.

No cycling or ball games in the Arena please - due to close proximity of others with food etc. The numbers are limited to 450 per show to ensure that everyone can hear and see well.

The first 336 tickets are guaranteed a seat in the theatre in the event of extreme bad weather on the day.  This is due to very heavy rain, thunder, high winds or waterlogged ground.  Occasional short showers don't prevent the show going ahead and can be fun!  Keep your eye on the website as updates will be posted here on the day of the show.

Toilets are available in the nearby Parkridge Centre when open + a portable toilet on site. There is limited parking at Warwick Road end of the park, others sometimes park in Touchwood or around the Council House and walk through from Malvern Park end (adjoins Brueton Park).

The performance arena gate will open at 6pm - show starts at 7pm.
