Waking The Dead star discusses new novel.
During a long and distinguished career, Trevor Eve has starred in BBC’s Waking The Dead & Shoestring as well as winning two Olivier Awards. He also performed for the Queen at Buckingham Palace with Dame Helen Mirren, Hugh Laurie and Sir Tom Courtenay in 2014.
Earlier this year, Trevor published his debut novel, Lomita For Ever, a critically-acclaimed noir thriller set in LA. In 2020, he will tour the book. Trevor’s two-part show will feature extracts from Lomita For Ever, readings and a talk. In Act Two, he will be joined by his wife, Sharon Maughan, who will interview him about his career. During that Act, he may reflect on his work alongside Sir Laurence Olivier, performing for the Queen at Buckingham Palace, his numerous TV and film roles or the success of his daughter, the film and TV star Alice Eve.
Sharon Maughan, herself an exceptional actress who made frontpage headlines while starring in TV adverts for Gold Blend, will host. There will be an audience Q&A and book signing after the performance.
