Fri 21 Aug, The Core Theatre family
Temporarily off sale until we confirm a date to reopen.
Regrettably due to Covid-19 regulations the venue has been closed and this show has been temporarily suspended until we know when we’re allowed to reopen.Once the Core Theatre has re-opened, we’ll know for sure that this show is either going ahead as planned or cancelled.Box Office staff will begin to send letters (in date order from 15th March) to all ticketholders, so please don’t call for your refund until you have your letter.
Please bear with us at this difficult time and we hope to welcome you back to The Core Theatre as soon as we get back into our lovely Core building.
Something is happening in the woods, voices can be heard, and a strange metallic smell fills the air. Machines are gathering at its edge and a mysterious call is heard across the valley. Laura the ladybird, Jeffrey the spider, Brett the Woodlouse and Willoughby the Woodpecker are worried. Velda the Vixen knows there’s a one person who can help them – Granddad. But is there enough time? Can they save the wood? And will the mystery stranger help?
This promises to be an incredible show with an important environmental message to share. Please note, as this delightful family show contains smaller size puppets, we have decided to limited the audience size to ensure all children can see and hear - so will not be opening the whole theatre up for sale.
