If you’re into art and aged between 11-16, then get creative at Art at the Heart CIC’s ArtLab this summer. ArtLab provides a unique platform to experiment and develop abilities while learning new skills and different approaches.

"We're on a mission to get everyone making more art. We start with drawing, the foundation tool of the artist. We experiment with different drawing techniques and open up exciting ways of working with traditional and new tools. Come and experiment with making art in ArtLab!"

Art at the Heart CIC are specialist art tutors who have run award winning art departments and are skilled at getting the best out of young people. ArtLab is suitable for anyone with an interest in finding out more about making art – beginners and those wishing to extend their skills.

Art at the Heart, who run the popular Saturday Art Club for young people and adults in the Courtyard Gallery are delighted to be running special ArtLab classes for creative young people aged 11+ during the summer holidays. 

Thursday 25th July, then on Thurs 1st, Thurs 8th and Thurs 15th August. 

There are 30 places on this 3 hour (180mins) session and four dates to choose from - do one session or all four!  Costs £18 per session.  See what students from the first class said..
