THIS WORKSHOP IS FREE FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SCHOOL MEALS.
Turn your admiration into inspiration and create a portrait of a hero.
What will you learn?
We’ve made portraits easy with our step-by-step drawing guides. Learn how to capture character, using simple techniques to draw facial features accurately. Have fun experimenting with pencil techniques!
No previous experience is required. This workshop supports Arts Award at Discover, Explore and Bronze levels.
What will you take away?
In just one session, complete a drawing to be proud of. We’ll help you frame your artwork to take home. Before you leave, take part in a mini exhibition to celebrate your amazing achievement!

“Absolutely blown away by the artwork my daughter has produced with your encouragement.” Parent
“Thank you so much for all the classes, I’ve really enjoyed them and I’m really happy with my self-portrait. You’ve really taught me a lot about the angles of the face and the eyes. It’s been very good to learn new things about shading. I’m sad now it’s finished but I hope I can do the next class too.” Child Student
