Today's 11am performance of Forests by RoguePlay - Fresh Air Theatre in Elmdon Park has been postponed until 12pm due to weather conditions, as we have to consider the safety of the performers.

A willow tree, fiery acrobatics and dance feature in this highly-visual family-friendly show.

Forests is a highly-visual outdoor show by RoguePlay Theatre. Forests packs a powerful punch, challenging forestry practices, our over-consumption of timber, the destruction of rainforests, and the displacement of indigenous peoples. Performers climb and manipulate the tree, the acrobatic dance sees them throwing, clambering and trampling one another, whilst ropes entangle and bind, before the tree is finally felled amid an explosion of tree-less origami birds. 

At each venue, the 11am performance will be followed by an interactive family workshop.

Fresh Air Theatre is a brand new cultural festival from Culture Solihull, coming to parks around Solihull Borough between 30 June and 31 August. This exciting programme of events will feature free performances from world class theatre, dance and physical theatre companies.
