Honouring our Caribbean WW2 Service Personnel

The Caribbean Family History Group and the ‘Why are West Indians in this country?’ project host this free exhibition in celebration of Black History Month, to honour black WWII service personnel. 

The Caribbean Family History Group and the ‘Why are West Indians in this country?’ project host this free exhibition in celebration of Black History Month, to honour black WWII service personnel. There are a number of workshops, guest speakers and research meetings as part of the exhibition, which also features Solihull RAF veteran Prince Albert Jacob, who celebrated his 100th birthday earlier this year.

Honouring our Caribbean WW2 Service Personnel is free to view in The Heritage Gallery at The Core until 30 November.
