When people come together and their sole intent is joy, something special happens. And that’s what to expect from Malcolm Stent’s Songs of Praise. After 2018's bigger, better, shinier and even more Christmas-ness than usual show, back by popular demand is a Summer Songs of Praise!
This show will be full of great songs, hymn and band pieces from the West Midlands Fellowship Band of the Salvation Army (conducted by Bandmaster Charles King), with piano-accompanied songs, monologues and comedy.
The show is hosted by Malcolm Stent with his trademark wit and warmth, with guests. So while you sit back to enjoy the show it’s a great feeling knowing you’ve also contributed to raising funds for the Salvation Army’s continuing work.
But a quick warning - don’t get too comfortable! There are plenty of opportunities to sing along with the band and you’ll definitely be laughing hard with Malcolm and his guests!
Tickets £18 7.30pm start. Running time approx 2hrs inc. interval.
