When people come together and their sole intent is joy, something special happens. And that’s what to expect from Malcolm Stent’s Songs of Praise at Christmas. This year bigger, better, shinier and even more Christmas-ness than usual!
This show will be full of Christmas music with lots of carols and band pieces from the West Midlands Fellowship Band of the Salvation Army (conducted by Bandmaster Charles King), with piano-accompanied songs, monologues and comedy.
The show is hosted by Malcolm Stent with his trademark wit and warmth and with song from silky-voiced soprano Maggie O’Hara.
So while you sit back to enjoy the show it’s a great feeling knowing you’ve also contributed to raising funds for the Salvation Army’s continuing work.
But a quick warning - don’t get too comfortable! There are plenty of opportunities to sing along with the band and you’ll definitely be laughing hard with Malcolm!
We look forward to welcoming you to one of the happiest, most-inclusive shows around…just in time to start your Christmas celebrations!
