Odyssey

Odyssey

Today's Odyssey, led by Steven Collazo (son of founding member Lillian Lopez), masterfully bridges classic and contemporary sounds. Steven continues the family legacy, introducing Odyssey to new generations while honouring their classic sound.

Before Odyssey's formation, sisters Lillian, Louise, and Carmen Lopez performed as "The Lopez Sisters" in the 1960s, concluding their run after a European tour. Years later, in the mid-1970s, Lillian and Louise Lopez formed an entirely new project - Odyssey - with Tony Reynolds, marking the beginning of a fresh musical journey. Their breakthrough came in late 1977 with 'Native New Yorker', launching Odyssey into international success.

Odyssey achieved multiple UK Top 10 hits including:

- 'Native New Yorker' (1977)

- 'Use It Up and Wear It Out' (#1)

- 'If You're Looking For A Way Out'

- 'Inside Out'

- 'Going Back To My Roots'

Today's Odyssey, led by Steven Collazo (son of founding member Lillian Lopez), masterfully bridges classic and contemporary sounds. Following the passing of Lillian Lopez-Collazo Jackson (2012) and Louise Lopez (2015), Steven continues the family legacy, introducing Odyssey to new generations while honouring their classic sound.
