"My name is Farzana Walji and I am a mum of 2 from Solihull. I have been teaching fitness for 9 years and I am looking forward to sharing my Pilates practice with you.
Pilates is a system of low impact exercises designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance.
Whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned athlete, Pilates focus on helping you feel comfortable, safe and confident as you move. It is suitable for all ages and and can be modified to fit the needs and abilities of individuals. All you need is a mat, a water bottle and a smile! Come and join me at The Core."
Upon arrival at your class, please inform your instructor if you have any pre-existing medical conditions they should be made aware of.
Please note there is no class on Thu 16 July.
