South Asian Music Ensemble Taster Workshop

Do you play a South Asian instrument or sing South Asian vocals? Then come and find out what it’s like to make music in an ensemble!

In this workshop, run in collaboration with the Sonia Sabri company, you will discover how to play together with others, learn a new piece of music and then do a mini performance to your family at the end.

Please bring your instrument, water and a snack!

This September, Solihull Music is launching a brand new South Asian Music Ensemble which will rehearse weekly and work towards exciting performance opportunities! The ensemble will learn music from the genres of South Asian folk, classical, and Bollywood, as well as brand new pieces!
