Storytime with Sohan: Live storytime sessions on Tuesdays at The Core

Following the success of the recent live stream storytelling sessions, Solihull Libraries are working with Sohan Kailey to present a season of live and engaging storytelling for young pre-school children in the Studio at The Core every Tuesday morning.

As part of the Reading Friends project, these fun sessions will take place in a socially distanced way every Tuesday  at 10.15-10.45am each week until 8 June 2021 (no session in half-term). There are only 12 'bubbles' available, and each bubble may consist of one adult and up to two children* from the same household. Each ticket entitles you to one bubble.

*If you need your bubble to contain more than one adult, or more than 2 children, please call Box Office to discuss space and availability. 

Each parent/child bubble will be given an allocated square within the Studio. If a family needs 2 adults for their children to attend, let us know so we can extend the space.  Adults should wear a mask at all times at The Core. Toilet and baby changing facilities are available within The Core and Encore Café bar is open daily (outdoor dining only until 17 May when we hope to reopen Encore).

The sessions can’t be pre-booked more than a week in advance and each new session will go on sale at 12noon on Tuesdays.  Please don't book for others as we'll be using your online booking for Test and Trace purposes.  

If you realise that you'll be unable to attend and have booked a 'bubble' place please let us know, so that we can offer your place to another family - these sessions are very popular.  As soon as we can, we'll open the sessions back up to greater numbers per session - we appreciate your patience in following the booking rules during these difficult times.
