Due to the current situation with Covid 19 (Coronavirus) all classes and courses at Solihull’s Core Theatre are now cancelled until the end of August. Details will be available to view on our website when a restart date is agreed. We’d like all our participants to stay safe and well and look forward to welcoming everyone back soon.
The gentle art of Tai Chi, also known as meditation in movement, is beneficial for all ages and all levels of fitness. Tai Chi can also be done in a seated position.
Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi class includes breathing exercises and gentle stretching. These help to relax both body and mind as well as improving balance, coordination, posture and overall well being.
No prior knowledge is required and the class is suitable for any age or ability.
Please note there will be NO Tai Chi classes running on 20, 27 December and 3 January.
